One link and one sticker, so customers can leave you a Google review in a minute.
A free review page for your business and an A6 QR sticker for the van, the invoice and the quote folder. Customers scan or tap, and they are straight on your Google review form. Nothing to install.
Free. No card. Built for solo tradies and small crews in Australia.
How it works
- Tell us your business. Name, trade, suburb, your Google Maps link and an email. Two minutes.
- You get three things. A short link, a printable QR sticker, and a private inbox for feedback that customers would rather not post publicly.
- Ask every customer the same way. Sticker on the van, link in the thank-you text after every job. That is the whole system.
What your customer sees

Leave a Google review Send private feedbackmade by Your Future Site
Example only, not a real business.
Every customer sees the same page and the same two buttons, in the same order. That is deliberate. Google prohibits sending happy customers to Google and unhappy ones to a private form (it calls it review gating) and enforcement got tougher in April 2026. This tool has no rating step, no sorting and no setting that can hide either button. Not for you, not for us.

- A reviews widget for your website, refreshed weekly from Google. Installed free on any site Your Future Site built.

The course A$39 once, coming soon
A 90 day plan for asking every customer for a review, the right way. Short, practical, written for people who are on the tools all day.
- The ask: what to say at the end of the job, and the text to send that night.
- When to ask, and when not to.
- Where the sticker goes: van, invoice, quote folder, job sheet.
- Replying to reviews, good and bad, in two sentences.
- What not to do: incentives, quotas and gating, and what Google does about them.
No guarantee of a number of reviews. Results depend on how many jobs you do and how consistently you ask.
Questions
Is the free page really free?
Yes. No card, no trial, no time limit. The page carries a small "made by Your Future Site" line, and some tradies go on to get a website from us. That is the business model.
Do you filter out unhappy customers before they reach Google?
No, and we never will. Every customer gets the same page with both buttons. Google prohibits review gating and penalises profiles that do it. The private feedback button is there because some customers would rather tell you directly, not to steer anyone away from Google.
Can I offer a discount for a review?
No. Offering anything in exchange for a review, or setting review targets for staff, breaks Google's rules. This tool will never help you do either. Ask everyone, offer nothing, reply to every review.
What is on the sticker?
A6 size (a quarter of an A4 page). "How did we go? Scan to leave a review", the QR code, your business name, trade and suburb, and the short link for anyone who would rather type it. Print it at home or at any print shop.
Where does private feedback go?
It is stored for you and shown on a private page only you have the link to. When email delivery is switched on you will also get each message by email. Nothing is ever deleted by us.
What do you store?
Your business name, trade, suburb, Google link and email address, plus any private feedback your customers send. Nothing else. We do not sell or share it.
Is this legal advice?
No. It is a tool built to follow Google's published policies as we understand them. Google's rules are Google's to change.
