Tradie Reviews is run by Your Future Site (Byron Mills, sole trader, ABN 38 686 128 208). By making a review page you agree to the following. It is written in plain words on purpose.

The free page

The free review page, QR code and sticker are provided as is, at no charge. We work to keep them online but do not promise they will always be available or free of faults. Every free page carries a "made by Your Future Site" line in the footer; that line is part of the deal.

No guarantee of reviews

The page makes it easy for your customers to leave a review. Whether they do, and how many, is up to them and to how consistently you ask. We do not promise any number of reviews, any rating, or any effect on where you appear in Google.

Your Google listing is yours

You are responsible for your own Google Business Profile: that the link you give us points to your listing, that your listing details are right, and that you follow Google's policies. We do not manage, edit or speak for your listing.

Google's review rules

Every review page shows the same two buttons to every customer, and there is no setting to change that. You must not offer money, discounts or gifts for reviews, set review targets for staff, or ask only the customers you expect to be happy. Google prohibits all of these. We can remove a page that is used in a way that breaks Google's review policies or the law, and we will tell you if we do.

Private feedback

Feedback customers send from your page is stored for you and shown only on the private inbox page you are given the link to. Keep that link to yourself. We are not responsible for what a customer writes.

Plus and the course

Neither is on sale yet. Terms for them will be added here before anyone is charged. Payments, when they exist, will go through Square; we never hold card details.

This site describes Google's review policies as we understand them. It is not legal advice, and Google's rules are Google's to change. Nothing on this page takes away rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Your privacy is covered on its own page.
